TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E110 OF 2025 By (1) Joseph Ouma Muga and (2) Jared Omondi Muga, both of P.O. Box 650–40100, Kisumu in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Paul Onyach Muga, who died at Nyalenda “B”, on 11th November, 2024. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
