TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E193 OF 2025 By (1) Tabu Daktari Kenga and (2) Kadzo Pilly Daktari, both of P.O. Box 95009–80104, Mombasa in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and sister-in-law, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of David Gitari Kinya, who died at Pandya Memorial Hospital in Kenya, on 9th July, 2025. CAUSE NO. E238 OF 2025 By Jacqueline Wambui Thuita, of P.O. Box 93094–80102, Mombasa in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Francis Karanja Thuita, who died at Coast General Hospital in Kenya, on 3rd March, 2022. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
