TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E29 OF 2025 By (1) Bernard Mosoti Ondara and (2) Ondara Edwin Onkware, both of P.O. Box 590–40200, Kisii in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Richard Ondara Nyamwaro, who died on 18th April, 2022. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
