TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E25 OF 2024 By Domitila Muthue Kilinzili, of P.O. Box 9205–00300, Nairobi in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Dominic Kilinzili Mulili, who died on 10th January, 2013. CAUSE NO. E17 OF 2025 By (1) Samuel Ndambuki Mutisya, (2) Benjamin Kamayu Mutisya and (3) Meshack Mbuvi Mutisya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Richard Mutisya Kamayu, who died on 3rd September, 2020. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
