TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E8 OF 2024 By (1) Jackson Njeru Nkoroi and (2) James Mutegi Nkoroi, both of P.O. Box 63025–00200, Nairobi in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mwenda Nkoroi, who died at Chogoria Hospital in Kenya, on 19th December, 2002. CAUSE NO. E12 OF 2025 By (1) Angela Kathomi Omobe and (2) Kageni Mbugu, both of P.O. Box 51745–00100, Nairobi in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Edwin Mbuba Mbungu, who died at Garden Estate. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
