APPOINTMENT

IN EXERCISE of the powers confirmed by Section 8 (2) and (3) as read with Section 9 (2) of the Urban Areas and Cities Act (Cap. 275) and upon approval by the Vihiga County Executive Committee of the application submitted by the management of Cheptulu-Kaimosi Town for upgrading of the town to municipal status, it is notified for the information of the general public that I, Dr. Wilber K.
