IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by Article 179 (2) (b) of
the Constitution of Kenya as read with Sections 30 (2) (e) and 31 (d)
of the County Governments Act, I Mohamud M. Ali, Governor,
Marsabit County, do appoint—
