NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 18th June, 2025, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 651, in Volume DI, Folio 182/1092, File No. MMXXV, by our client, Shafe Issack Mohamed, formerly known as Shafe Omar Ahmed, of P.O. Box 81519, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Shafe Omar Ahmed and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Shafe Issack Mohamed, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Shafe Issack Mohamed only.
