NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 31st January, 2025, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 210, in Volume DI, Folio 169/989, File No. MMXXV, by our client, Rita Elizabeth Wambui Gitau, of P. O. Box 866, Kikuyu in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Elizabeth Wambui Gitau, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Elizabeth Wambui Gitau and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Rita Elizabeth Wambui Gitau for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Rita Elizabeth Wambui Gitau only.
