NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 3rd June, 2025, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 534, in Volume DI, Folio 178/1059, File No. MMXXV, by our client, Nidaa Ali Hussein Alamoudy, formerly known as Nidaa Ali Sheikh Hussein Alamoudy, of P. O. Box 81519, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Nidaa Ali Sheikh Hussein Alamoudy and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Nidaa Ali Hussein Alamoudy, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Nidaa Ali Hussein Alamoudy only.
