NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 18th June, 2025, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 560, in Volume DI, Folio 924/1952, File No. MMXXIV, by our client, Marya Wanjiku Wamwea, formerly known as Mary Wanjiku Wamwea, of P. O. Box 837, Thika in the Republic of Kenya, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Mary Wanjiku Wamwea, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Marya Wanjiku Wamwea, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Marya Wanjiku Wamwea only.
