NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 9th June, 2025, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 360, in Volume DI, Folio 924/1924, File No. MMXXIV, by our client, Khalid Mohamed Garane, formerly known as Khalid Ali Garane, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Khalid Ali Garane and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Khalid Mohamed Garane, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Khalid Mohamed Garane only.
