NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 16th June, 2025, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 809, in Volume DI, Folio 974/1986, File No. MMXXIV, by our client, Bishar Hassan Karole, formerly known as Bishar Eda Abdullahi, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Bishar Eda Abdullahi and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Bishar Hassan Karole, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Bishar Hassan Karole only.
