NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 13th May, 2025, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 424, in Volume DI, Folio 136/722, File No. MMXXV, by our client, Generali Fredrick Kisong’e Kimanga, of P.O. Box 70739–00100, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Fredrick Kisong’e Kimanga, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Fredrick Kisong’e Kimanga and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Generali Fredrick Kisong’e Kimanga, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Generali Fredrick Kisong’e Kimanga only.
