NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 18th June, 2025, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 784, in Volume DI, Folio 89/240, File No. MMXXV, by our client, Chapa Ilale, of P.O. Box 2173-40100, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Khalid Njiraini Tianga, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Khalid Njiraini Tianga and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Chapa Ilale, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Chapa Ilale only.
