NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 20th June, 2025, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Mombasa as Presentation No. DB 100, in Volume B-13, Folio 2431/22183, File No. 1637, by our client, Ali Sheik Issack, of P. O. Box 16840–80100, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Ali Maalim Issack, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Ali Maalim Issack and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Ali Sheik Issack, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Ali Sheik Issack only.
