PURSUANT to the provisions of section 11 (c) and section 163 (1) of the Energy Act, 2019, the Energy and Petroleum Regulatory Authority notifies the general public that it has considered the tariff application made by Renewvia Energy Kenya Limited for its Kalobeyei Settlements mini-grid site in Turkana County. The approved applicable tariffs for the mini-grid mentioned above for three (3) years with effect from 1st June, 2025 are as follows: Customer Category Energy Charge (KSh./kWh) KALOBEYEI SETTLEMENTS Domestic 30 Business 35 Dated the 21st May, 2025.
