THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Margaret Martin (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land, known as Kwale/Diani Beach Block/506, situate in the county of Kwale, and whereas in the High Court of Kenya at Mombasa in Succession Cause No. 292 of 2009, has vested property to (1) Dominic Kenneth Martin and (2) Hilary Lois, and whereas the said land title deed issued earlier to the said Margaret Martin (deceased), has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the registration of the said instruments of transmission of L.R.A. 39 and L.R.A. 42, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Margaret Martin (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
