REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Gabriel Njau Thoronjo (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land, containing 0.226 hectare or thereabouts, known as Nyandarua/Retire Ngai Ndeithia/43, and whereas in the Chief Magistrate’s Court at Nyahururu in Succession Cause No. 384 of 2023, has issued grant of letters of administration to Samson Mburu Kariuki (ID/2934054), and whereas the said land title deed issued earlier to the said Gabriel Njau Thoronjo (deceased), has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said instrument of L.R.A. 39 and L.R.A. 42, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Gabriel Njau Thoronjo (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
