THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Mwangi Muikamba (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land, known as title No. Chania/Mataara/2221, containing 1.01 hectares or thereabout, situate in the district of Gatundu, and whereas in the High Court of Kenya at Nairobi in Succession Cause No. E836 of 2020, has issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant in favour of Pius Macharia Kamau (ID/7437328), of P.O. Box 71217- 00610, Nairobi, and whereas the said land title deed issued earlier to the said Mwangi Muikamba (deceased), has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said administration letters to Pius Macharia Kamau (ID/7437328) and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Mwangi Muikamba (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
