REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Gitundu Peter Kiritha (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land, containing 0.041 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the county of Murang’a, known as Makuyu/Makuyu/Block 1/2544, and whereas in the Chief Magistrate’s Court at Murang’a in Succession Cause No. E670 of 2022, has issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant in favour of Nancy Wanjiru Nyoike (ID/6697067), and whereas the said land title deed issued earlier to the said Gitundu Peter Kiritha (deceased), has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said Grant to Nancy Wanjiru Nyoike (ID/6697067), and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Gitundu Peter Kiritha (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
