THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT
(No. 3 of 2012)
REGISTRATION
WHEREAS Rispa Orwa Akelo alias Rispha Orua Akello
(deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land, situate
in the county of Kisumu, known as Kisumu/Kadongo/1061 and
Kadogo/4989, and whereas in the Chief Magistrate’s Court at Kisumu
in Succession Cause No. E246 of 2020, has issued grant of letters of
administration and certificate of confirmation of grant in favour of
Ema Akoth Otieno, and whereas the said land title deed issued earlier
to the said Rispa Orwa Akelo alias Rispha Orua Akello (deceased), has
been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration
of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection
has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the
registration of the said instruments of transmission of L.R.A. 39 and
L.R.A. 42, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier
to the said Rispa Orwa Akelo alias Rispha Orua Akello (deceased),
shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
