REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Muthaura Muchena, is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land, containing 0.04 hectare or therabouts , situate in the county of Meru, known as parcel No.Nkuene/Mitunguu/1688, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land register in respect thereof is lost or destroyed and efforts made to locate the said land register have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, I intend to open a new land register provided that no objection has been received within that period.
