THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

(No. 3 of 2012)

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Arthur Kitonga Kiseve and (2) Josphine Murugi Kitinga, both of P.O. Box 51226-00100, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, are registered as proprietors of all that parcel of land known as THE KENYA GAZETTE 27th June, 2025 L.R. No. 209/3271/112, situate in Nairobi County in the Nairobi Area, by virtue of a grant, registered as I.R. 7789/1, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said land register issued thereof has been lost, and whereas the proprietors have indemnified the Government of the Republic of Kenya against all claims that may be made after reconstruction of the register, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, the property land register shall be reconstructed under provisions of section 33 (5) of the Act provided that no objection has been received within that period.
