REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Delight Soul Foods Limited, of P.O. Box 76750- 00620, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of all that parcel of land known as Apartment No. B3-4, erected on L.R. No. 1/1370, situate in the city of Nairobi in the Nairobi Area, by virtue of a certificate of Lease, registered as I.R. 2003401/1, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said land register issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, the property land register shall be constructed under provisions of section 33 (5) of the Act provided that no objection has been received within that period.
