REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Marengo Piercarlo and (2) Burelli Giorgetta Marengo, both of P.O. Box 940–80200, Malindi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in freehold ownership interest of all that piece of land containing 0.8394 hectare or thereabouts, registered under title No. 624/710, Mambrui, situate in Malindi Municipality in the Kilifi County, registered as CR. 24712, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land certificate of title issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a new provisional certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
