THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Paul Julian Fay and (2) Penelope Anne Holding, of P.O. Box 33-80100, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, are registered as proprietors of leasehold ownership interest of all that piece of land known as L.R. No. 3594/I/MN, containing 0.4168 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the Mombasa Municipality in the Mombasa District, registered as C.R. 24502, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of title has been lost, and whereas the owners have executed a deed of indemnity in favour of the Government, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
