IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 27 (4) of the Media Council Act, Cap. 411B, the Cabinet Secretary for Information, Communications and the Digital Economy appoints— Lucy Minayo Lugatia, Anthony Nzau Musau, to be members of the Complaints Commission, for a period of three (3) years, with effect from the 15th May, 2025.
