Box 32773, Ngara in the Republic of Kenya, on behalf of Yair Matara Ndauja Matanga (minor), formerly known as Yair Matara Ndauja Matanga, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Yair Matara Ndauja and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Yair Matara Ndauja Matanga, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Yair Matara Ndauja Matanga only.
