NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 8th December, 2025, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 284, in Volume D1, Folio 401/4047, File No. MMXXV, by our client, Nicholas Alfred Mwikali Mutiso, formerly known as Nicholas Alfred Mwikali, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Nicholas Alfred Mwikali and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Nicholas Alfred Mwikali Mutiso, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Nicholas Alfred Mwikali Mutiso only.
