NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 14th October, 2025, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Mombasa as Presentation No. Presentation No. 78, in Volume B-13, Folio 2455/22447, File No. 1637, by our client, Ibn Rashid Yeya, formerly known as Hamisi Rashidi, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Hamisi Rashidi and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Ibn Rashid Yeya, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Ibn Rashid Yeya only.
