NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 9th December, 2025, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 359, in Volume D1, Folio 406/4091, File No. MMXXV, by our client, Naomy Eress Recha, formerly known as Naomy Nelima Wanyonyi, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Naomy Nelima Wanyonyi and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Naomy Eress Recha, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Naomy Eress Recha only.
