GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 19119

WHEREAS Johana Gachuhi Ruthi (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land, known as parcel No. Othaya/Itemeini/1142, containing 0.28 hectare or thereabouts, situate in Nyeri District, and whereas in the Principal Magistrate’s Court at Othaya, in Succession Cause No. E100 of 2024, has issued letters of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant in favour of Mary Kabui Wahome, as the administrator and the beneficiaries are (1) Mary Kabui Wahome, (2) John Ndiritu Njari, (3) Margaret Wangari Kariuki, (4) Joyce Nduta Macharia and (5) Samuel Ndiritu Macharia, and whereas the said land title deed issued earlier to the said Johana Gachuhi Ruthi (deceased), has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said instruments of transmission of L.R.A. 39 and L.R.A. 42, in favour of Mary Kabui Wahome, as the administrator and the beneficiaries are (1) Mary Kabui Wahome, (2) John Ndiritu Njari, (3) Margaret Wangari Kariuki, (4) Joyce Nduta Macharia and (5) Samuel Ndiritu Macharia, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Johana Gachuhi Ruthi (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
