GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 19114

WHEREAS (1) Maryam Moosa Abdulrehman and (2) Mohamed Haji Abdulrehman (deceased), are registered as proprietors of all that piece of land, known as Dundori/Lanet Block 5/1253 (New Gakoe), situate in the district of Nakuru, and whereas in the High Court of Kenya at Nakuru in Succession Cause No. E132 of 2023, has issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant in favour of Shakeel Esmail Laving, whereas the said court has executed an application to be registered as proprietor by transmission of L.R.A. 50, and whereas the land title deed in respect of (1) Maryam Moosa Abdulrehman and (2) Mohamed Haji Abdulrehman (deceased), has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said application to be registered as proprietor by transmission of L.R.A. 50 in the name of Shakeel Esmail Laving, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said (1) Maryam Moosa Abdulrehman and (2) Mohamed Haji Abdulrehman (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
