REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Peter Wafula Mandari (ID/4391268), of P.O. Box 32– 30200, Kiminini in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of all that property, known as Kiminini/Matunda Block 5/Stova/21, containing 2.670 hectares or thereabout, situate in Trans Nzoia County, by virtue of a certificate of title, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of title issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a replacement title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
