REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Stephen Thiuri Mugwika (ID/5454967) and (2) Caroline Waithira Njagi (ID/11606039), as trustees of Dilato Self Help Group, both of P.O. Box 92–00902, Kikuyu in the Republic of Kenya, are registered as proprietors of all that property, known as Kajiado/Keekonyokie/Ilkisumet/4189, containing 3.238 hectares or thereabout, situate in Kajiado County, by virtue of a title deed, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said land title deed issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue replacement title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
