REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Sawa Sawa Trust (Reg. No. 22) and (2) Ismail Bwana Usama (ID/27324858), are registered as proprietors of all those pieces of land containing 0.048 and 0.04 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Gilgil, registered under title No. Gilgil/Gilgil Block 1/12068 and 20850 (Kekopey), and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said land title deeds issued thereof have been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a new land title deeds provided that no objection has been received within that period.
