WHEREAS Millicent Serah Wangari Kihika (ID/21244855), is registered as proprietor of all those piece of land, situate in Kiambu County, registered under title No. Kiambu/Gatuanyaga/7719,7725 and 7727, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said land title deeds issued thereof have been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue new land title deeds provided that no objection has been received within that period.
