THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS National Social Security Fund Trustees, of P.O. Box 30599, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of a leasehold ownership interest of all that piece of land, containing 0.269 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Nairobi as No. Nairobi/Block 101/192, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of lease issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a new certificate of lease provided that no objection has been received within that period.
