REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Cornel Rasanga Amoth (ID/4828872) and (2) Rosella Atieno Njaya (ID/5376446), both of P.O. Box 1049, Siaya in the Republic of Kenya, areregistered as joint proprietors in leasehold ownership interest of all that piece of land, containing 0.0131 hectare or thereabouts, known as Nairobi/Block 125/972, situate in Nairobi County, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of lease issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a new certificate of lease provided that no objection has been received within that period.
