REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Gerald Muthui Kiaritha, of P.O. Box 62087–00200, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of all that parcel of land, known as L.R. No. 12715/3005, situate in north west of Machakos Municipality in the Machakos District, by virtue of a grant of title, registered as I.R. 97014/1, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said grant has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
