NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 3rd December, 2024, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 46, in Volume DI, Folio 110/915, File No. MMXXIV-B, by our client, John Victor Njuguna Kigunyu, of P.O. Box 34129–00100, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as John Njuguna Kigunyu, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name John Njuguna Kigunyu and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name John Victor Njuguna Kigunyu, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name John Victor Njuguna Kigunyu only.
