NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 14th May, 2025, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 306, in Volume DI, Folio 740/900, File No. MMXXI, by our client, Adamu Nkoba Dennis Lumumba, of P.O. Box 13364–00400, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Denis Ming’ate Lumumba Nyang’au, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Denis Ming’ate Lumumba Nyang’au and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Adamu Nkoba Dennis Lumumba, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Adamu Nkoba Dennis Lumumba only.
