NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 14th April, 2025, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 684, in Volume D1, Folio 108/502, File No. MMXXV, by our client, Fiona Juliet Wambui Ngumi (guardian), on behalf of Maya Wanjiru (minor), formerly known as Maya Wangechi, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Maya Wangechi and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Maya Wanjiru, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Maya Wanjiru only.
