Box 19318– 00100, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Neema Hadida Jilo, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Neema Hadida Jilo, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Neema Hadassah Jilo, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Neema Hadassah Jilo only.
