NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 17th April, 2025, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 987, in Volume DI, Folio 116/561, File No. MMXXV, by our client, Michael Kyalo Mulei, of P.O. Box 13836– 00100, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Kyalo Redempta Mulei, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Kyalo Redempta Mulei and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Michael kyalo Mulei for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Michael Kyalo Mulei only.
