NOTICE is given to the provision of the uncollected Goods Act, (Cap.38) laws of Kenya to the owner of the Motor Vehicle Reg no. KAJ 099R, Toyota Corona who brought the aforementioned vehicle for repairs or service to Sun Down Logistics Ltd, located a long Kenyatta Highway Road behind Motor Vehicle Inspection to take delivery of the vehicle before expiry of thirty days (30) days from the date of publication of the notice and upon payment of all outstanding labor charges, Storage charges plus other costs incurred. Failure to which the vehicle shall be disposed of by public auction or private treaty, without any further notice and any proceeds arising from the sale shall be defrayed against all outstanding storage and any other accrued charges.
