Notice is issued Pursuant to the provisions of section 5 of the Disposal of uncollected Goods Act, (Cap. 38) of the laws of Kenya, to the owner of Motor Vehicles which are lying at: (1) Thika Auto Divine: Motor Vehicles KCY 950F Nissan Note, KDG 764W Suzuki Wagon, KMR 091 Land Rover 109 and (2) Carmate Limited: Motor Vehicle KBB 514S Toyota Hiace, to take delivery of the said motor vehicles within Thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice, upon payment of all accumulated storage charges and any other incidental costs incurred as THE KENYA GAZETTE 23rd May, 2025 at the dated delivery is taken. If the aforesaid motor vehicles are not collected at the expiry of this notice, the same will be sold by Public Auction without any further reference thereof, Dated the 16th May, 2025.
