REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Gichuru Bartholomew Gathuo (ID/1032659), is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land containing 1.230 hectares or thereabout, known as Sipili/Donyoloip Block 2/847, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said land title deed issued on 4th April, 2017 was fraudulently acquired, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, the said title deed shall be deemed cancelled, null and void and of no effect provided that no objection has been received within that period.
