THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Bernard Musai Muli (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 0.10 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the county of Kajiado, known as Kajiado/Olchoro Onyore/21097, and whereas in the Principal Magistrate’s Court at Ngong in Succession Cause No. E38 of 2023, has issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant in favour of (1) Veronica Nyangaya Osano and (2) Kevin Muli Musai, and whereas the said title deed issued earlier to the said Bernard Musai Muli (deceased), has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the registration of the said instruments of transmission of L.R.A. 39 and issue land title deed to the said (1) Veronica Nyangaya Osano and (2) Kevin Muli Musai, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Bernard Musai Muli (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
